Connect e-Boekhouden.nl

Before you start

You’ll need access to the settings of your e-Boekhouden administration. A workspace owner or admin can set up the connection in Werkbonnen.ai. Choose the administration that belongs to your workspace.

1. Open the API settings

Sign in to e-Boekhouden.nl. Go to Beheer → Inrichting → Koppelingen. Under API, choose e-Boekhouden API, then Verder. Use the new API: the security codes for API/SOAP (oud) don’t work with this connection.

2. Create an API token

Select Toevoegen. Name the token Werkbonnen.ai and choose how long it stays valid. Note the expiry date so you can replace it in time.

3. Copy the token

Select Kopieer as soon as the token appears, then save the settings. e-Boekhouden only shows the full token once. Keep it somewhere safe if you’ll need it later. Don’t share it by email or screenshot.

4. Connect in Werkbonnen.ai

Go back to the app. Open Settings → Integrations and turn on e-Boekhouden.nl. Tap Paste API token and allow pasting if your phone asks. The app checks the token straight away. If it works, the sheet closes and the switch stays on. To retry a token that’s already in the field, tap Connect.

Having trouble connecting?

Check that you copied the whole token and that it’s still valid. Create a new one if it’s lost, expired or revoked. Can’t see the API settings? Ask your e-Boekhouden administrator for help. Using more than one administration? Create the token in the right one.
